To begin with we need to practice. Practice paying attention and noticing things. Noticing what is changing. What is attracting your attention. And asking why. Drawing the diagram.
We often want to set time aside to develop a new skill. I waft to encourage you to try something different. Try using it on something you are already doing. this is what I call integration. It means we are doing it all the time rather than partitioning our lives.
